Since our inception in 2005, the U-Group LLC has evolved from a turnaround undertaking of portfolio companies to a unique value creation partner for clients/businesses. We channel our efforts to drive growth and exit strategies for small & mid-cap technology and healthcare enterprises— typically in a 10-24 month period.

We primarily operate in three specific segments:

• Execution- Project/Client based execution
• Resonant Capital- Sourcing types of capital for specific transactions
• Early stage opportunities (ESOs) -A reverse syndicated enterprise Capitalization/investment

We develop Exit-engineered execution plans that address both current and future goals of our clients. We engage with the management and board on a performance-based compensation schedule.

Our team of over 25 associates including Sr. Executive Partners, Executive Partners, and Strategic Corporate Affiliates is led by Mr. Sanjeev Chitre, a successful industry veteran and the managing partner.
